SINGAPORE’S FREE MARKET CAPITALISM VS. INDONESIA’S SOCIALISM
These two countries are within a few miles of each other. In fact, you can see the other’s islands from the shores of each country. But the two countries could not be more different. Singapore engages in free market capitalism and their Economic Freedom Rank is 2nd in the world. At the time of this writing they are the 3rd richest country in the world per capita. Indonesia, on the other hand, is governed by a socialist government. Indonesia’s Economic Freedom Rank is 99th in the world and they are the 3rd poorest country in Asia. Imagine having to live in the poverty of Indonesia and witness from your shores Singapore’s prosperity on a daily basis. How frustrating to think that you were born just 28 miles too far from that free market capitalism.

TRUTH: TRANSGENDERS’ FEELINGS ARE NOT MORE IMPORTANT THAN WOMEN’S AND LITTLE GIRLS’ SAFETY AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING.
Women, and especially little girls, should never have to see men’s penises when they are in a restroom or locker room. Aside from the safety issue that any predator who chooses to ‘claim’ they are transgender to get into the women’s restroom, with no one raising an eyebrow, little girls are now subjected to seeing men’s privates in the most vulnerable of places. This is neither acceptable nor appropriate. Stores are more worried about being labeled ‘intolerant’ than they care for the safety and respect of women. Transgenders have been offered single bathrooms for their safety, which they have rejected because it’s not really about their safety, it’s about their feelings.
